Writing a fax number for New Zealand
Inside New Zealand, numbers start with a 0. From abroad, replace that 0 with +64:

You don’t need 011 or 00: the + does that. Once you type +64, the flag beside the number shows New Zealand. Or tap the flag, choose New Zealand, and type the number as it’s written there.

The time difference

Do I need to dial 011 to fax New Zealand from the US?
No. Type +64 and the number without its leading 0. The + replaces 011.
