Questions
How do I fax from my iPhone without a fax machine?
Open FaxBuddy, scan the pages or pick a PDF, type the fax number and tap Send. FaxBuddy sends the fax over the internet to the recipient’s fax machine, and they receive it like any other fax. You don’t need a fax machine, a phone line or a printer.
How much does it cost to send a fax?
One credit per page, from $0.40 a page in the 100-page pack. Your first page is free, cover pages are always free, and there is no subscription.
What happens if a fax isn’t delivered?
You see why in plain words (the line was busy, nobody answered, or the number isn’t a fax machine), and the credits come back to you automatically. You can send it again with one tap.
Can I fax to Canada, Germany or Japan?
Yes. FaxBuddy faxes 17 countries, including the US, Canada, Germany, Japan and the UK, at the same price per page.
Can I receive faxes?
Not yet. FaxBuddy sends faxes only.
Is there an Android version?
FaxBuddy is for iPhone for now.
