How it works in FaxBuddy
A fax counts as delivered only when the receiving fax machine confirms every page. If it doesn’t, the fax shows why in plain words and the credits go back to your balance by themselves:
- Busy: the line was in use. Try again in a few minutes.
- Didn’t answer: the machine didn’t pick up; it may be off or out of paper.
- Not a fax machine: a person or voicemail answered. Check it’s the fax number, not the phone number.
- Couldn’t be reached: check the country code and digits.
Then tap Retry Fax to resend the same pages, or Edit Number to fix the number first. A scheduled fax you cancel before it’s sent is refunded too.
Getting money back for a purchase
App Store purchases, in any app, are refunded by Apple, not by the app: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase and tell Apple what happened. For a subscription you don’t want, cancel it first so it doesn’t renew. How to cancel.
